Full refunds are provided on applications paid within 24 hrs and no work has been started.

Applicant will receive a refund of Visa fee only within 10 days to submitting application to Happistart.

Your application once submitted to the embassy cannot be changed or edited
You are able to reschedule your appointment date 72 hrs ahead of time.

If your visa is application based, all documents will be submitted for review and you will not require an interview. Please note some embassies require you to submit biometric data and this is needed for the processing of your application.

By making payment on this Invoice you agree to all Happistart Terms.
- Happistart fees and taxes are non-refundable and non-transferable
- By making a payment you give us permission to make bookings and payments on your behalf.
- Any item not indicated on this invoice is not provided

Service Speed
We are happy you have decided to use our service to assist in your visa application. Our processing time for visa applications are 3-5 days. This means once we have received payment and agent will contact you within that time to complete your application for submission to the respective embassy. If you would like us to review your application immediately please select express processing. Please note we have no control over availability at any embassy so selecting express does not mean your visa will be processed faster, it means that we at Happistart will start assisting you faster

Group trip visa

After you click submit a payment page will load, do not make any visa payments if you are apart of a Happistart group trip. Follow fee introductions described in your group trip details. Once you click submit you can close payment page once it loads
Dutch and French Caribbean Visa
Please note for French and Dutch caribbean visas the following fees will apply
US $118 paid to Happistart for preparation of documents and scheduling of appointments at the application center
US $64 to be paid at the document processing center on submission of documents
US $150+ Paid at the embassy for the courier of your passport to the embassy of France
