Entry Requirements

All travelers must ensure their passport is valid for at least six months beyond travel dates and has at least two blank pages.

• Kenya: Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) required for Jamaican, US, UK, and Canadian passport holders

• Zambia: Visa-free for Jamaican, US, UK, and Canadian citizens; Yellow Fever certificate may be requested if transiting through a risk zone

• Zimbabwe: Jamaican citizens may enter visa-free; US, UK, and Canadian travelers can obtain a visa on arrival (fees apply)

• South Africa: Visa-free entry for Jamaican, US, UK, and Canadian passport holders for up to 90 days

Terms and Conditions

Your package includes a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. Your spot is only confirmed once the deposit is paid and the digital contract is signed.

Because this is a curated, pre-planned group experience, payments are used to secure travel services and accommodations. The trip is considered partially non-refundable and should be booked with full commitment.

Pricing is based on preferences and availability at time of confirmation. Changes within 45 days of departure may affect pricing due to airfare, hotel, or supplier updates.

Happistart reserves the right to adjust the final price by up to 40 percent. Final balances are due 30 days before departure. Late payments will incur a USD 350 fee.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made via:

• Online credit or debit card

• Bank deposit or transfer (CIBC or Scotiabank, in JMD or USD)

• Zelle

Other methods not listed above may attract a USD 45 transaction fee. Fees are subject to change until payment is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, the following penalties apply:

• 60 to 45 days before departure: 60 percent of the trip cost

• 45 to 20 days before departure: 75 percent

• Less than 20 days before departure: 100 percent

A standard cancellation processing fee of USD 750 applies in all cases. Once your cancellation is received, Happistart will begin cancelling all travel arrangements. You will receive documentation of any eligible travel credits after the trip concludes.

Exceptions to Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees may be waived only in the following cases:

• If Happistart increases your total trip cost by more than 40 percent after booking

• Serious illness, with official doctor’s note

• Death of an immediate family member

• Force majeure, such as natural disasters or political unrest

However, if any of these exceptions occur within 30 days of departure, full payment may still apply, depending on the status of non-refundable arrangements.
