West & South African: 

Ghana – Visa-free for Jamaican passports. USA, Canada, and UK citizens will require a visa. (Happistart will assist with embassy processing) GHANA REQUIRES YELLOW FEVER VACCINE FOR ENTRY

Nigeria – All passports require a visa for Nigeria (Happistart will assist with embassy processing)

South Africa – South Africa is Visa free for all Jamaica, US, UK, Canada passports

Terms and Conditions

By Purchasing our trip you agree to all Happistart Terms and Conditions.

The total price of each trip consists of a deposit and a balance. The client is officially entered after listed deposit payment is made and travel contract is signed through digital signature. 

Deposit Payment is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. 

The price of services is arranged on the basis of the individual demand of the client by an agreement between the client and HappiStart. If there are any changes within 45 days prior to the trip’s departure date, this will lead to a price increase affecting cost of flight, accommodation or any associated fees attached to the trip. 

Happistart has the right to increase the price by up to 40% from quoted price. Happistart is obliged to inform client about this price change and contract price increase in a written form. The balance due has to be paid by a client at the latest 30 days before the beginning of the trip. In case there is a delay in payment, the client has to pay a fine of US $100 

Happistart provides multiple payment options to which all travelers are encouraged to utilize:

– Online Credit and Debit Card Payments

– NCB Bank Transfer/Deposits (JMD & USD)

– Scotiabank Bank Transfer/Deposits (JMD & USD)

-Zelle transfer (Soumoya@happistart.org)

– Cashapp (Subject to application transfer fees)

Any alternative payment method will attract a charge of US$45 per transaction. All fees are subject to change until reservations are made

Cancellation Policy

The Client has the right to cancel the travel contract before the beginning of the journey. If the client cancels the travel contract in a time period shorter than 30 days from the departure date of the trip, he is obliged to pay Happistart the following fines where applicable:

– 30 – 20 days before Departure Date – 60% of the total contract price

– 19 -10 days before Departure Date – 75% of the total contract price

– 9 – 0 days before Departure Date – 100% of the whole contract price

If you would like to cancel your booking, Happistart will cancel flights, hotels, and activities and provide you with all details of any available travel credit after our trip is completed

Cancellation fees will not be applied in these cases:

– In the case that Happistart changes terms or increases contract price by more than 40%

– In the case of severe illness of client (doctor document needed) or in case of death of a family member

– In the case of force major.

Attention – in case there is a cancellation from the client from the cases written above and the period is shorter than 30 days before departure, the contract price will be charged in whole amount
