On this trip, we will be stopping in 3 cities spanning Peru. When we talk about Peru, we are talking about its magical city and sightseeing. 

The cities we will visit are rich in all of the above. Lima is known for its burgeoning food scene; interesting museums, fantastic guided programs; green spaces, and parks. ICA is known for its mystical Dessert Oasis (an island in sand) Cusco is known for its glorious mountains such as the Machu Pichu Mountain and the Rainbow Mountain.

Terms and Conditions

PAYMENTS & FEES (HOSTED GROUP TRIPS) 

The price consists of the deposit and balance. The contract is officially entered by deposit payment. Deposits are non-refundable

The price of services is arranged on the basis of the individual demand of the client by an agreement between the Client and Happistart. If there is any change until the 45th day before the beginning of the trip that will lead to a price increase, especially changes in the flight ticket price, accommodation price, fee, etc. Happistart has the right to heighten the price up to 40% from the quoted price. Happistart is obliged to inform the Client about this price change and contract price increase in written form.

 

The balance due on the invoice for the booked trip has to be paid by a client at the latest 30 days before the beginning of the trip. In case there is a delay in payment, the client has to pay a fine of US $100 for every 10 day delay.

The Client has a right to cancel the travel contract before the beginning of the journey.

If the Client cancels the travel contract in a time period shorter than 30 days from the beginning of the trip, the Client is obligated to pay Happistart these fines which the Client authorizes Happistart to deduct from any sum paid by the Client to Happistart:

26 – 30 days before departure 75% of the whole contract price

25 – 0 days before departure 100% of the whole contract price

Cancellation fees will not be applied in these cases:

1. Where Happistart changes terms or contract price by more than 40%

2. Where of severe illness of client (doctor document needed) or in case of death of a family member

3. force majeure.

All refunds are subject to the cancelation and refund policy of the Hotel, Tour Guide or Airlines contracted to provide group services!

· Happistart provides multiple payment options that Clients can utilize. Any alternative payment method will attract a charge of US$45 per transaction

· All trips require a nonrefundable deposit paid at the time of booking. Each trip outlines a specific deposit

· All fees are subject to change until Group reservations are made.

· Payments made after outlined payment plan dates will attract a US $100 fee for every 10-day delay

· Once the deposit has been paid the additional payment for trips must follow payment guidelines, Payments after 10 days of the outline payment schedule and no extension of time for payment has been agreed upon by Happistart, their spot will be canceled and 50% of paid fees will be available for refund. Travelers will need to make contact within 30 days of spot cancellation to claim a refund. This is subject to cancellation and refund terms.

Client grants Happistart permission to use likeness and voice for Print, publishing, screen, broadcast, stream, reproduce, and/or display the Recording (or any part of it) in any format, existing or coming into existence in the future.
